Bring a worldview
We want you to feel strongly about what we're doing, to be able to articulate a position on it and defend it. Agreement isn't required - if you think we're wrong, that's the exact conversation we want to have. What we can't work with is weak or no opinion at all.

What we're building touches the health of real businesses and directly impacts the people behind them. That's more than enough weight and we take this seriously without grand claims or theatrics. We like to stay focused and humble.
